Overview
This website is operated by Mellohand. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Mellohand. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Using this store
You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, and not to interfere with how it works or with its security.
2. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and show our products accurately. Some images are illustrative, and colors can look different from one screen to another. Dimensions and weights are approximate.
Mellohand is a comfort massager. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, a medical condition or ongoing pain, please speak to a health professional before use.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency of your region, and can change without notice. Taxes and shipping are added at checkout. Promotions and bundle discounts apply only while they are shown on the site and cannot be applied to past orders. Payment is taken when you place your order.
4. Orders
An order confirmation email means we have received your order. It does not mean we have accepted it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
You are responsible for giving accurate contact, billing and delivery details.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy, which is part of these terms.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns are covered by our Return and refund policy, which is part of these terms.
7. Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, images, graphics, logos and design, belongs to Mellohand or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.
8. Third-party services
The site uses third-party services such as payment processors and shipping carriers, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, Mellohand is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to.
Nothing in these terms removes or limits rights that you have under consumer protection law and that cannot be waived.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the one that applies. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
