Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days after your order ships. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs checks and weather can add time.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show movement after you receive it.

Shipping cost

Tracked shipping is free on every order. You will see the free shipping option at checkout before you pay.

Duties and taxes

Orders may be shipped from fulfilment partners outside your country. If customs duties or import taxes are charged on delivery, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address changes

Please check your address before you place your order. We can correct an address only if you email us before the order has shipped. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly.

Late or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the shipping date, email facebook.samann@gmail.com with your order number. We will look into it with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or refund you.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you.
